About Manorlogic

Manorlogic is estate management software for gated residential estates in Nigeria, built by Caramel Cove Limited. We are preparing a first pilot estate.

Manorlogic is a product of Caramel Cove Limited. It covers visitor access, gate security, service-charge collections, parcels and resident communication for Nigerian gated estates. It is in development: the product is built and tested, and no estate uses it yet.

What we are today

The web app for managers and residents, the resident phone app and the security guard phone app are built. They cover visitor passes, the gate log, parcels, levies, announcements and privacy requests. The phone apps are not in the app stores, no estate is live, and no price has been set. The FAQ lists what is not built yet.

Why we start with a pilot

We are choosing a small number of estates for our first pilot. We would rather get a few estates working well than promise everything to everyone. Pilot estates use Manorlogic free while we learn together. Terms, and what happens after the pilot, are agreed in writing before you start. A gate and a levy account carry real consequences, so we want to learn from a real estate with an estate manager who can tell us when something does not work.

How we work

We say what is built and what is not. We name an estate only with its written permission. We print no figure we cannot back, and no customer quote until a customer has given one. Each estate's data is kept separate from every other estate's, and the security and privacy page explains what that means.
