Manorlogic is an estate management system for Nigerian gated estates. It covers the gate, parcels, the levy account and the notice board. Guards, residents and managers each get the screen their job needs.

What Manorlogic covers
Visitor passes
Residents create a pass on their phone, set when it works, and make it single-entry if they like. Every pass has a QR code and a six-digit code.
The gate and the guard app
Guards scan the pass or type the code and see at once whether it is valid. The check happens on the server. Entries and exits go into a log.
Parcels
Residents tell the gate a delivery is coming. Guards log each parcel with photos, and the household is told when it arrives.

Service charge and levies
Set fee schedules, raise the month's invoices in one step, record cash and transfers, match a bank statement and read the arrears report.
Communication
Post an announcement to everyone, one building or one group of households. Residents can message the estate office and report repairs.
Records and privacy
Changes to payments, invoices, passes, gate entries and roles are logged with who made them. Each estate's data is kept separate.
What does the manager see each morning?
A manager's home screen shows what needs attention today: what is overdue, what is waiting and what happened at the gate. Key records export to a spreadsheet.
Managers also track estate assets, maintenance schedules, contractors and insurance renewals.
Who uses which screen?
- Managers use the web app. There is no separate manager phone app.
- Residents use the resident app on iPhone and Android, and the web app.
- Guards use the security app, and the web gate console.
The resident and security apps are built and are not yet in the app stores. Everything is in English and in naira.
