For estate managers
In developmentEstate manager software for the gate and the levy
Manorlogic is estate management software for Nigerian gated estates. It puts the levy account, the gate record, parcels and resident requests in one web app, so you can say who has paid and who came in without calling three people. It is in development and we are preparing a first pilot estate.

Manorlogic is in development. We are preparing a first pilot estate in Nigeria; the resident and security apps are not yet in the app stores.
You use Manorlogic in a web browser. Residents and guards use phone apps. Everything lands in one record for your estate: invoices and payments, visitor passes and gate entries, parcels, announcements and requests.
A week as an estate manager with Manorlogic
Start the day with what needs attention
Your home screen shows what is overdue, what is waiting for you and what happened at the gate.
Bill the month in one step
Set a fee schedule for the whole estate, one building or a group of households, in naira. Preview who will be billed, then generate the invoices. You press the button; nothing is created automatically.
Record payments as they arrive
Record cash and transfers against an invoice, or upload a bank statement and match its credits. Online payment through Paystack is built into the product and has not yet been used in a live estate.
Chase from the arrears report
See who owes what and for how long. Set a late-fee rule and the system applies it, with a record of every fee. Manorlogic does not yet send payment reminders to residents, so you follow up yourself.
Answer "who let him in?" from the log
Entries and exits are recorded with who logged them and when. You see open incidents and shift handovers, and can export the gate log.
What you control, and what each person sees
You can
- Set up buildings, units and households, tag households into groups, and import your resident list from a spreadsheet.
- Invite residents, guards and contractors. Accounts exist only by invitation from your estate.
- Post an announcement to everyone or only the buildings or groups it concerns, and track repair tickets on the web app.
- Download a statement for any household, and export invoices and payments.
Others see only their part
- A guard cannot reach finance. A contractor sees only the tickets assigned to them. A resident sees their own household.
- Managers use the web app; there is no manager phone app.
More than one estate
If you manage several estates, each estate's data is kept separate from the others'. People with roles in more than one estate switch between them with one login.
Questions managers ask first
Will my guards cope?
A guard scans a pass or types six digits and sees a yes or no. If your guards cannot use a phone, Manorlogic is not right for your gate yet. See Manorlogic for security teams.
Our residents will not pay online. Does that matter?
No. You record cash and transfers yourself and match your bank statement to invoices. Online payment is optional.
What if the network drops at the gate?
The gate app needs a connection. Use your existing paper process until it returns.

Want Manorlogic at your estate?
We are choosing a small number of estates for our first pilot. Pilot estates use Manorlogic free while we learn together, and terms are agreed in writing before you start.
