Manorlogic lets you invite a visitor from your phone, see what you owe and what you have paid, and know when your guest or parcel arrives. Your estate has to choose it first, and no estate uses it yet. We are preparing a first pilot estate.
Manorlogic is in development. We are preparing a first pilot estate in Nigeria; the resident and security apps are not yet in the app stores.
Only your estate manager or committee can bring Manorlogic to your estate, so the quickest step is to forward this page to them.
What you can do
Invite a visitor from your phone
Enter the visitor's name and phone, and a car plate if you wish. Choose how long the pass is valid, from 2 hours to 3 days, and tick single entry if it should work once. The pass has a QR code and a six-digit code.
Share it on WhatsApp
Send the pass as an image through WhatsApp or any app on your phone. Manorlogic does not text your visitor for you. Cancel a pass at any time and it stops working.
Decide for the visitor with no pass
If someone arrives without a pass, the guard sends a request to your phone and you approve or decline. Unanswered requests lapse after 15 minutes. If a pass has lapsed, you can approve that visitor live for one entry.
Know when they arrive
You are told when your visitor enters. The head of household and spouse are told by default, and the household can change who is. You can also choose to be told when a visitor leaves. If a push alert cannot reach your phone, you can opt in to a text message back-up, up to a daily limit, where SMS is enabled.
See what you owe
See your invoices, balance and payments, and open receipts. Your manager records cash and transfers against the invoice. Online payment through Paystack is built into the product and has not yet been used in a live estate. Card details are handled by Paystack, not stored by Manorlogic.
Track your parcels
Tell the gate a delivery is coming. The guard logs it with photos, you are told when it arrives, and it is recorded as collected or returned.
Ask for help
Press and hold the panic button for security, fire or medical help. After a short countdown, which you can cancel, the alert goes to guards and managers with your unit named.
Notices and messages
Your manager can post announcements to the whole estate or only your building. On the web app, you can message the estate office and report a repair.
Your data
Manorlogic holds your name, phone, household and unit, the passes you create, your invoices and payments, and your messages. You can ask for a copy of your data or for your personal details to be erased, and your manager handles the request. Invoices and payments are kept so the estate's accounts stay whole. Do I need to install anything?
The resident app is built for iPhone and Android. The apps are not in the app stores yet. We agree with each pilot estate how guards and residents get them.
