What does the pilot cost?
Pilot estates use Manorlogic free while we learn together. We are choosing a limited number of estates. Terms, and what happens after the pilot, are agreed in writing before you start.
You decide whether to continue once you have used the product with your guards and residents.
How much will it cost after the pilot?
We do not know yet, and we will not guess. Tell us how many households your estate has and how you collect your levy now, and we will keep it in mind when we set terms.

Talk
A walkthrough, on a call or at the estate. You tell us how the estate works today.
Set up
You decide what to switch on first: households, fee schedules, gate rules.
Run
Guards, residents and the office use it.
Review
Together we check what worked and what did not. You decide whether to continue.
What we ask of you. A named contact at the estate who can decide. A resident list as a spreadsheet. Guards willing to use the gate app on a phone. Short feedback conversations during the pilot. Honest feedback, including "this does not work". Your written permission before we ever name you or show your screens.
What you can expect from us. Plain answers about what is built and what is not. Terms in writing before anything is switched on. The apps are not in the app stores yet, and we agree with each pilot estate how guards and residents get them.
Which estates is the pilot for?
Gated residential estates in Nigeria with an estate office and guards at a gate. If yours does not fit exactly, ask anyway.
What state is the product in?
Manorlogic is in development. We are preparing a first pilot estate in Nigeria; the resident and security apps are not yet in the app stores.
No estate uses it yet, and we will not name an estate until it agrees. For what works today and what does not, read how it works.
