For residents associations
In developmentResidents association software for dues, the gate and a record members can check
Manorlogic helps a residents association collect dues, control the gate and answer members from a record. It is in development and we are preparing a first pilot estate.

Manorlogic is in development. We are preparing a first pilot estate in Nigeria; the resident and security apps are not yet in the app stores.
Each household is billed from a fee schedule. Payments are matched to invoices. Changes to money, passes and gate entries are logged with who made them. A chair, secretary or treasurer can then answer "who has paid?" and "who let him in?" from the record instead of from memory.
The two questions every AGM asks
Members ask where the money goes and who is coming through the gate. Manorlogic covers the money coming in: what each household was billed, what it paid and what is outstanding. It also keeps the gate record. It does not record what your association spends.
How dues get collected
Agree the charge under your governing documents. Manorlogic does not set it for you.
Create a fee schedule for the whole estate, a building or a group of households, with an optional late-fee rule.
Generate the invoices when the period starts. The manager presses the button; nothing is automatic.
Record cash and transfers, or upload the bank statement and match it to invoices.
Read the arrears report and follow up. Manorlogic does not send reminders to residents yet.
Download a household statement or export invoices and payments for the AGM.
Read the guide, how to collect service charge in a Nigerian estate.
A record the committee can show
Changes to payments, invoices, passes, gate records, roles and estate settings are logged with who made them. Gate entries are not edited; a correction is a new entry. We do not claim the log is tamper-proof. Each estate's data is kept separate from every other estate's. Read the details on security and privacy.
Who sees what in your committee
Chair, secretary, treasurer
- The estate admin role can edit estate settings and give out elevated roles. The manager runs billing and the gate day to day.
- Decide who on the committee holds each role before you start.
Households
- Each household sees its own invoices and balance. A head of household can choose whether other household members see invoices.
When residents do not pay
Manorlogic gives you the arrears report and the history of what each household was billed and paid. It does not decide what your association can enforce. Check your estate's governing documents and local counsel before you apply any sanction.
Bringing residents along
Residents keep using WhatsApp to share visitor passes with their guests. Accounts are created by invitation from your estate, and there is no public sign-up. The resident app is built for iPhone and Android and is not in the app stores yet. Send members the page for residents: Manorlogic for residents.
Want Manorlogic at your estate?
A committee can start the conversation, ideally with the estate manager. We are choosing a small number of estates for our first pilot. Pilot estates use Manorlogic free while we learn together, and terms are agreed in writing before you start.
