From estate setup to first visitor pass
An estate starts on Manorlogic in four steps: load the estate, invite your people, run the gate and run the levy. Today that happens through a pilot.

Manorlogic is in development. We are preparing a first pilot estate in Nigeria; the resident and security apps are not yet in the app stores.
Step 1: Load your estate
Add the buildings and units, then bring in your resident list from a spreadsheet. Group households with tags so fees and notices can reach the right people.
Step 2: Invite your people
Residents, guards and managers join by invitation, singly or from a spreadsheet. There is no self-signup, so only people your estate invites get an account. Heads of household can invite their own household, and your estate can ask for manager approval first.
Managers use the web app. Residents and guards use their own apps, and the web.
Step 3: Run the gate
Residents create passes and share them, on WhatsApp if they like. Guards scan or type, see the verdict and log the entry. Parcels are logged with photos.
Residents keep WhatsApp for chat. If the network drops, guards can fall back on your paper process until it returns.
More: visitor access and gate security.
Step 4: Run the levy
Set the first fee schedule, preview who will be billed, and generate the invoices in one step. Record cash and transfers against invoices, and match your bank statement. Read the arrears report to see who owes what.
Online payment through Paystack is built into the product. It has not yet been used in a live estate, so recorded payments and bank-statement matching are the routes to rely on first.
More: collections.
Does it fit how your estate already works?
Manorlogic keeps the habits an estate already has. Residents keep WhatsApp for chat and for sharing a pass. Managers can keep recording cash and bank transfers.
How a pilot runs
Talk, set up, run, review. We ask for a named contact at the estate, a resident list and honest feedback. Pilot estates use Manorlogic free while we learn together. Terms, and what happens after the pilot, are agreed in writing before you start.
Talk
A walkthrough, on a call or at the estate. You tell us how the estate works today.
Set up
You decide what to switch on first: households, fee schedules, gate rules.
Run
Guards, residents and the office use it.
Review
Together we check what worked and what did not. You decide whether to continue.
What we ask of you
- A named contact at the estate who can decide
- A few residents and guards willing to try it
- Honest feedback, including what annoys you
- Agreement in writing on how your estate's data is used in the pilot
- Your written permission before we ever name you or show your screens
What you can expect from us
- Plain answers about what is built and what is not
- Terms in writing before anything is switched on
- Honesty about the apps: they are not in the app stores yet, and we agree with each pilot estate how guards and residents get them
- No payment to request access
