Estate announcements and repair requests in one place
Manorlogic lets a manager post an announcement to the whole estate, to one building or to a group of households. Residents can message the estate office and report a repair, and the manager tracks each request until it is closed.

How do estate announcements work?
A manager writes the announcement and chooses who it concerns: everyone, one or more buildings, or a tagged group of households. A recipient preview shows who will get it before it goes out.
Save a draft and publish it later. Pin an important notice so it stays at the top.
For example, a notice about the water tank in Block B does not need to reach households in Block C.
Group households with tags. The same tags target fees.
Can residents talk to the estate office?
Residents can message the estate office directly. Estate channels let a manager keep a conversation with a whole group in one place, with pin, mute and archive.
Messages and channels are on the web app. The mobile apps do not have them yet.
How do repair and service requests work?
A resident opens a ticket for a leaking pipe or a faulty light. The manager assigns it, adds internal notes, and can hand it to a contractor. The contractor replies and moves it to in progress or resolved.
Residents report issues and managers track them to resolution. Tickets are on the web app.
Why not keep everything in the WhatsApp group?
A WhatsApp group scrolls. A pinned announcement stays at the top. A request in a group gets buried, while a ticket has an owner and a status the resident can follow. A question for the office goes to the office, instead of to the whole group.
What happens to a ticket?
The resident opens it. The manager assigns it. It moves to in progress, then to resolved, and the manager keeps notes along the way.
What does each person do?
- Managers post announcements, answer messages, assign tickets and keep internal notes.
- Residents read notices, message the estate office and open tickets.
- Contractors see only the tickets assigned to them. They reply and move them along.
How do people get told?
Notifications appear inside the app and arrive as push alerts on iPhone and Android.
Manorlogic does not replace WhatsApp for chat. Residents can keep their groups, and still share their visitor pass there. What Manorlogic adds is a notice board that managers control and requests that someone owns.
What does the manager's home screen show?
What is overdue, what is waiting for an answer and what happened at the gate. Updates appear without refreshing the page.
Questions about communication
Does Manorlogic connect to WhatsApp?
No. Residents can share their visitor pass through WhatsApp, and your WhatsApp groups carry on as they are.
Are channels, messages and tickets in the phone apps?
Today they are on the web app.
