This policy covers the website manorlogic.com. It does not cover the Manorlogic apps. Estates that use Manorlogic will receive a separate notice about the app before a pilot begins.

What this website collects
This website sets no cookies. It has no forms or accounts, and it loads no advertising scripts. It does use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits, as described below.
Server logs and site statistics
Our hosting keeps basic request logs so we can keep the site running. A log line records the page requested, the time and the result. It can also include technical details such as an IP address.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on this website, manorlogic.com. It counts visits, and shows us which pages and which referring sites bring people here, and how fast pages load. It reads timing information from your browser. According to Cloudflare, it does not use cookies or local storage to collect these metrics, and it does not fingerprint visitors by IP address or user agent. Cloudflare processes this data for us as our service provider. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cloudflare sits in front of the site to deliver and protect it. To do that, Cloudflare processes visitors' IP addresses, and it gives us aggregate statistics such as the number of requests to a page. We do not use these statistics to identify anyone.
We also use Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools. They report how people find the site through search. They do not run on your device while you browse.
The email you send us
The buttons on this site open your own email app with a message already written. The site does not send the message, and it keeps no copy. When you send it, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it to reply to you and to keep a record of our conversations about a pilot. Our email system holds it. We do not sell it or add you to a mailing list.
We keep your message while the conversation continues and while we need a record of it. You can ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Email info@caramelcove.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
