This site sets no cookies. It uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. Our hosting provider counts page requests without identifying you. When you use a button to contact us, your own email app does the sending, and nothing is submitted by this website.
What to include
A short note is enough. These details let us give a useful first reply:
- Your estate's name, city and roughly how many households it has.
- Your name and role: manager, chair, committee member or management company.
- How you collect the service charge now, and how visitors enter now.
- How many guards are on shift at the gate.
- The one thing you would most like to fix first.
What happens next
A person on our team reads your email and replies by email. We answer your first question in plain words, say what Manorlogic can and cannot do today, and suggest a time to talk. Pilot terms are agreed in writing before you start. We reply by email.
